1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the G Mom mobile application (also known as "G-Mom Daily", Android package: com.wellness.dailybeauty) or accessing our website at https://g-momdaily.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the application and uninstall it from your device. You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to accept these Terms.

2. Use of the App

G Mom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app for your personal, non-commercial wellness and habit tracking purposes.

You agree to use G Mom only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend servers, Supabase database, APIs, or connected network infrastructure.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools to extract daily tips, quotes, or media assets from the application.
• Use the app for any fraudulent, malicious, or abusive activities, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.

3. User Responsibilities & Health Disclaimer

You are responsible for your use of the application and the implementation of any daily habits or self-care suggestions provided by G Mom.

Before undertaking any new skincare routine, dietary adjustment, physical exercise, or applying natural topical ingredients (such as essential oils or homemade masks), you should:

• Consult a qualified physician, dermatologist, or healthcare provider if you have pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns.
• Perform a small patch test before applying any new cosmetic or natural ingredient to your skin or scalp.
• Discontinue any routine immediately if you experience irritation, redness, discomfort, or allergic reactions.

G Mom and its creators expressly disclaim any liability for adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the application of any advice, tip, or routine found within the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in G Mom—including but not limited to text, software, daily tips, habit challenge roadmaps, illustrations, icons, graphic designs, logos, and audio elements—is the proprietary property of G Mom and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or broadcast any material from G Mom without prior express written permission from our team.

5. Third Party Services & Advertisements

G Mom integrates third-party services and may display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob (including banner and interstitial formats):

• Advertising Content: Advertisements presented within G Mom are served via the Google Mobile Ads network. G Mom does not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any third-party product, service, website, or claim advertised through Google AdMob.
• External Links: The app may contain links to external websites, articles, or resources. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites and assume no responsibility for them.
• Transactions with Third Parties: Any engagement or purchases you make through third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective advertiser.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Disclaimer

The G Mom application and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall G Mom, its developers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the application.
• Any advice, guidance, or habits suggested within the application.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party within the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the app or on this website.

Your continued use of G Mom following the posting of any revisions constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must discontinue using the application.
